We are not trying to promote ourselves on our own website, which would not be shameful and quite logical. We understand perfectly well that we are not enough for all the events and besides us there are several “decent” companies who are not ashamed to sign up for your event.

We have not met such people.

A serious company has a responsible approach to its capabilities, which are much more than that of a “one-time” private trader.

The smallest project has 3-5 people. The manager who oversees the order: controls the execution and responds to changes from the Customer. The storekeeper and the purchaser of ingredients are responsible for the grocery part. The bar is taken by a logistic driver. The bartender behind the counter for the entourage, quality, taste and speed of “building” cocktails

You conclude an agreement in which you prescribe risks, penalties, etc. The company bears more responsibility. If something goes wrong, then you have something to turn to lawyers.

The private trader will get rid of it and will be out of business in case of problems. The firm, however, will not be able to jump off, therefore it works at its maximum, investing in each project. With the quality of services, they earn plus signs in rating and karma.

Our warehouse covers 120 square meters and we feel that it is time to expand.

It happens that up to 15 vehicles from suppliers arrive at the warehouse or the Customer “unloads” promotional materials for a large, long-term project. In the warehouse, we store strategic stocks of alcohol, bar furniture and counters, decor items and inventory.
During the season of corporate events, the storekeeper “hangs up” completing and releasing up to 12 cars daily.

Our own warehouse allows you to work on large projects with serious Customers. Such projects cannot be done without a warehouse. If your potential contractor does not work with serious projects, can you entrust him with your event?

Real office

A manager sitting in an office at a computer is 2 times faster at answering questions than a person who is shaking in the subway without a connection and trying to download 8 chats on his phone.

In the office, they conduct tastings, develop recipes, rehearse master classes and serve cocktails, in the office they work collectively on the tasks of the Customer and “pull the common strap.”

Office is expenses. Fixed, monthly expenses for rent, internet, cleaning and stationery. If your potential retreat bar contractor can afford to “sit” in one place all year round for many years, this is an indirect indicator that he always has a job and is trusted.

The cost

Beware of too low prices. Elite alcohol is expensive, and a professional bartender knows his own worth and will not work for food. By agreeing to the lowest prices, you run the risk of running into low-quality ingredients and inadequate staff.

Serious companies will never hide the components of their pricing from you and will always be able to convincingly argue their position. It will not work to bend them at a price below the baseboard. They clearly know where their no-loss point is, where the risks and transaction costs are. Nobody will be involved in charity work.
