SHAWN BRADY & THE NORTHERN SONS - 10.30PM

TORONTO BEER WEEK - 4AM LAST CALL!

Sweet Talk Jackie, formed in 2015, is a Canadian Rock band based out of Kingston Ontario. Members consist of Cole LeBlanc (Vocals & Guitar), Cameron Gravelle (Bass & Vocals), and Steve Vanden Engel (Drums). "We play for the love, the high , and the feeling of creating something. If we can make just one person's night better, we did our job. We sing for the drunks, the stone cold sober, the pricks and pushovers; we sing for the lovers, the lonely and everything in between. If you want to know what we are all about just listen to the music."

With an impressive gift for crafting songs that are melodically infectious, Shawn Brady’s musicality is matched only by his insightfully deep, heart-felt and intelligent lyrical virtuosity. Brady made inroads as a recording artist with his debut album ‘Electric Blood’ (2011). Produced by Juno-nominee Cory Tetford, the album received rave reviews and airplay across Canada and the United States. His latest album, ‘Broken Traffic Lights’ (2014), is a remarkable evolution and treats the listener to song textures that embrace the dramatic potency of Muse and and The Killers, while mixing elements of 1980s darlings Ultravox, Depeche Mode, The Cure and U2.
